FBLA is preparing to host its 30th annual variety show.

“We have a lot of great acts planned” said FBLA president senior Lily Michaels.

The event will be free to attend, however any donations will go to the March of Dimes charity. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of mothers and their babies.

“March of Dimes is the charity that FBLA supports,” FBLA adviser Donna Durbin said.

There will be around 20 different acts in this year’s variety show, more than they have had in the past.

“We actually made cuts this year because we had so many people try out,” Durbin said.

One of those acts will be senior Anna Nolazco who is going to be performing a dance.

“This is my second year performing in the variety show. It’s a little nerve wrecking performing in front of people you know but I’m excited for the show,” Nolazco said

The variety show will take place Thursday in the auditorium.

“I would encourage everyone to come out and see the show. There will be great acts, we are bringing back live tweeting, and it will be a very fun time,” Michaels said.
