About the Contributors
Damian Lopez, Reporter
Damian Ruben Lopez Medina is a senior at WCCHS, and this is his first year in journalism. He enjoys drawing, posing action figures, and has a hobby for anything superheroes. In his spare time, he likes to ride his bike and listen to music.
Damian hopes to become more social this year as he wants to make more friends, as he likes to put it this is “his year”.
Dayana Mata, Reporter
Senior Dayana is in her first year of journalism. She enjoys listening to Spanish music (her favorite artist is Tra Alejandro), and playing soccer with her friends cheering her on from the sidelines. Dayana is known for being sarcastic, genuine and honest. Fun fact: she has been obsessed with baby goats for as long as she can remember because her grandparents have lots of animals in Mexico (in addition to baby goats, they raise pigs, chicken, and sheep).
Dayana is excited to start journalism and ready to see where her life takes her!
Oscar Giron, Reporter
Third year player Oscar Giron plays on the offensive line as a guard for the Wildcat football team. He is an athlete and has always expressed a love for sports. In his freetime, this senior likes to listen to music. He honestly listens to any music, but his favorite artists are MF DOOM and Kendrick Lamar. Oscar likes MF DOOM, in particular, because the artist references his favorite villain from Marvel comics: Doctor Doom.
Eduardo Anicua, Reporter
Described as a "silly goose" by his fellow Wildcat Chronicle staff members, senior Eduardo Anicua is known for his sense of humor.
