In his senior year of high school, Max Avila "wanted something different." After years of basic classes, he sought the experience of "interviewing people and being interviewed himself," and so, he enrolled in Journalism.
Max's hobbies include playing soccer: he and his friends are on a team and compete against each other in tournaments. In addition to his competitive spirit, he is no stranger to handling pressure, and tries to take "deep breaths" but admits to getting nervous sometimes, especially when driving, as the fear of hitting the curb can be intense.
Max has a pet dog whose name is Simba and two sisters.
