In the 500-free, it can be difficult to keep track of what lap a given swimmer is on, so teammates grab boards that display the number underwater.

The sophomores, including Rowan Ambre, gave a strong showing at this weekend's meet. Ambre placed fourth in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 5:30.19.
