Students in advanced placement (AP) classes can now register to take the AP exam in May.

The early registration deadline is Monday, after this date, there is a $10 late fee. The cost is $100 per exam.

“Taking the AP exams demonstrates to colleges that you are capable of doing the work in an introductory level course. Many colleges grant credit and or accelerated placement for scores of 3, 4, or 5.”
