About the Contributors
Karidja Monjolo
Karidja Monjolo, Managing Editor
Karidja Monjolo is a senior, and this is her third year on the Wildcat Chronicle. She participates in WeGo Drama, Speech Team, Roar, and more! Her hobbies include reading, writing, and listening to music. In the future Karidja would like to pursue a career in Broadcast Journalism.
Brandon M. Heath
Brandon M. Heath, Multimedia Content Creator
Brandon M. Heath is involved in the swim team, marching and concert band. He got into music because his middle school band director inspired him - and his sister also played a role. Brandon enjoys making friends through music, and his favorite memory at WEGO involves the Disney trip the music department went on in 2023. Outside of school, Brandon can be found spending time with friends and family, as well as watching baseball. As a senior, Brandon has learned responsibility and what makes a good friend throughout his high school years.
Devin Larimer
Devin Larimer, Reporter
Senior Devin Larimer is interested in pursuing a career as a pilot. If that career path does not work out, then his plan B involves majoring in journalism in college. Devin is currently in the chess club, and enjoys writing, which is why he was interested in working for the Wildcat Chronicle: he wants to improve his writing skills for school. When Devin is home, he enjoys spending time with his two cats, Hunter and Allie. Most often, though, he is busy working at Jewel Osco, and occasionally listening to his favorite artists: Half Alive and Young the Giant.
Emily Ziajor
Emily Ziajor, Multimedia Manager
Emily Ziajor is a WEGO senior in her second year of journalism. She attended the National High School Journalism Convention last November, and thoroughly loved the experience. She is a Polish-American (she finished her final year of Polish School in the spring of 2023) with a creative soul and high aspirations. When it comes to writing, she has a sharp imagination, and one of her true passions is photography. Emily is a multi-year member of the AV Club at West Chicago Community High School.
