Bieber drama brewed on the internet this past week: here is what happened between Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber.

Gomez recently rejoined the world of social media after taking a break from it for years. She is back and better than ever, promoting self-care and making videos for her millions of followers. As many know, Gomez and Justin Bieber dated for years until they broke it off in March 2018. Justin then married Hailey Baldwin in September 2018. And all was (mostly) well, until this past week.

Gomez posted a video to her TikTok story saying “i accidentally laminated my brows too much” while showing off her very laminated brows. Fans thought the situation was funny, and liked that she was bringing ‘realness’ to her platform.

Later on, Kylie Jenner posted to her Instagram story a picture of herself with text over her eyebrows, saying, “This was an accident ??????”.

Jenner then added to her Instagram story a screenshot of her Facetime with Hailey Bieber, in which their eyebrows were zoomed in, seemingly mocking Gomez. 

Because of the incident in which Jenner and Hailey Bieber allegedly made fun of Gomez, the two lost followers on TikTok and Instagram, and Selena is now the most followed celebrity on Instagram (overtaking Jenner), and she passed Jenner in TikTok followers.

Jenner and Hailey Bieber are being flamed on many social media platforms, and because of this, Selena posted a TikTok with a comment saying “Please, please be kinder and consider others mental health. My heart has been heavy and I only want good for everyone. All my love”.

Now, that is all that has to do with Hailey Bieber and Gomez this past weekend: but why is it Hailey Bieber and Gomez have drama when it seems more like Jenner was the one involved? Well, that is a question yet to be answered by the TikTok community.
