Emily Barrera is looking forward to getting a business degree at COD, as well as opening her own hair salon since she is taking TCD for cosmetology. For senior year, she decided to switch up her English routine and take Journalism. Emily is great at balancing school, work, and staying healthy: she enjoys attending the gym, and misses Ballet Folklorico after being a part of it with her twin sister since the age of 5.

Emyreth Barrera is a senior at WEGO this year. After high school, Emyreth plans to go to college for business and then go into training school for either cosmetology or a dental hygiene. Cosmetology has interested her since she was young, but she is leaning toward becoming a dental hygienist.
Although Emyreth and her twin sister have a lot of similarities, she is quick to point out their differences: her sister Emily is an inch taller, for instance.
This year, Emyreth decided to join cheer, as she is trying to stay as active as she can to make her last year as fun as possible.

Senior Daniela Perez is a first-year reporter with the Chronicle. She enjoys walking outside with her dog, Santi, and spending most of her time with her friends. Daniela’s sister influences her the most because she is smart and motivates her to do better.
