Damian Lopez, Senior Reporter
Damian Ruben Lopez Medina is a senior at WCCHS, and this is his first year in journalism. He enjoys drawing, posing action figures, and has a hobby for anything superheroes. In his spare time, he likes to ride his bike and listen to music.
Damian hopes to become more social this year as he wants to make more friends, as he likes to put it this is “his year”.
Jasmyn Trigueros, Reporter
Jasmyn Trigueros is a senior at West Chicago Community High School, and an active athlete who takes no breaks: she plays all three sports seasons during the school year. Jasmyn involved in volleyball, basketball, and softball. Other than sports, one of Jasmyn’s hobbies is to bake, and she loves whipping up brownies and cookies with her family.
After high school, Jasmyn hopes to go to UW-Green Bay and play softball.
Emily Barrera, Reporter
Emily Barrera is looking forward to getting a business degree at COD, as well as opening her own hair salon since she is taking TCD for cosmetology. For senior year, she decided to switch up her English routine and take Journalism. Emily is great at balancing school, work, and staying healthy: she enjoys attending the gym, and misses Ballet Folklorico after being a part of it with her twin sister since the age of 5.
