Acknowledging a significant someone is easy this year as various clubs held different fundraisers for Valentine’s Day.

Students paid $1 for the Choir to sing a song to someone special.

“We have this gift of music we share with other people, and we strive to do more for others. Goodnight Sweetheart was my favorite song that we sang since it is jazzy,” senior Drew Clancy said.

This is the first year that choir is doing singing grams.

“We had many people who have booked us, so it was excited,” choir director Brandon Fantozzi said.

Also, foods two kids baked cookie cakes for $5.

“The students bake everything own their own, they made the cookies from scratch, they made the frosting from scratch, they do decorate from scratch everything it’s done by the student’s” foods two advisor Angela Gentile said.

The fundraiser has been going on for three years.

Girls cross country sold flowers to raise money for their summer camp.

Each color of the flower represents a different meaning. A white flower means “thank you” while pink is friendship. A red flower represents love.

Snowball took a similar approach with their annual Crush Can fundraiser. Students bought a crush can sell for $1. An orange is for friendship, and purple stands for flirt and pink means love.
