“Make America great again,” is Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign slogan, but with his policies he will cripple the identity of America if he becomes president.

After a deadly mass shooting in San Bernardino, California on Dec. 2 in an Islamic terrorist attack, Trump called for a “total and complete” ban on Muslims entering the United States “until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

Trump has called to bomb the Mideast terrorist group ISIS and supports the surveillance of mosques in the United States.

Trump stated to CNN on Dec. 9, “I have many friends who are Muslims. They’re phenomenal people. They are so happy at what I’m doing.”

Trump is not making sense with what he is saying. He is two-faced and does not think about what he says.

USA Today College spoke with Muslim students about the ban on Muslims in America.

Saltanat Ansari spoke to USA Today College from South Hadley, Massachusetts and stated, “I am a Pakistani Muslim student who entered the United States as a foreigner, and I don’t think Donald Trump’s views are ‘entertaining’ anymore. I think they’re horrible. It’s ridiculous that even after making such a hateful statement.”

This is not the first time Trump is calling for closing the door to America for a certain group of people, and questioning an entire ethnicity.

Trump’s immigration policy calls for the deportation of 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States and the building of a wall dividing Mexico and the U.S. to stop illegal immigration.

America is known as the melting pot, but with Trump eliminating the immigration of Muslims and Mexicans there will be no melting pot. He needs to realize that America is great because every ethnicity is welcomed in America.

Not just in America, but others across the world resent Trump.

A petition, created in the United Kingdom to ban Trump from entering the country, has received over 300,000 signatures.

By making it “great” like Trump believes he will do, he will only make things much worse for America.

Trump needs to stop stereotyping. He is acting immaturely. Not every Muslim is a terrorist and not every Mexican is a rapist. He needs to get that in his head.

It is sad how people buy into his racism and how he is unwelcoming to immigrants.

Trump is overrated and a media hound who only seeks attention. He is a complete disgrace to American society.
